I have always been fascinated by the versatility of food. No two people alike cook the same way and as such, their foods always taste different. That is why we have recipes. A recipe is a guide of how to prepare a dish. However, that may work in the restaurant kitchens but in the bakery industry, you have formulas. The formula is a direct ratio of ingredients that is repeatedly reproducible regardless of where you are, provided that similar ingredients are used.

I use both, recipes and formulas in my cooking. You will find some of my favorite recipes in these pages. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
