Pork is another product that provides us with many variable cuts of food. Depending on how it is treated, processed and/or prepared, depends on the textures and flavors of the food. Everything from the snout to the intestines is used as food in one way or another. As some barbecue restaurants boasts, “We use everything except the oink!” Pork is NOT a kosher meat. Member of the genus Sus, commonly refered to as swine. Below are a few of my favorite recipes.
