This recipe was inspired by a local restaurant who served this with their ribs. After some research, I discovered it was a simple, if not deceptive, recipe to create.
1/2 gallon “Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbeque Sauce”
1 can Peeled mango, drained*
1 can cling peaches, drained*
3-5 chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, seeded and diced
Mix everything in the blender and puree and serve.
* peaches and mango can be omitted if you want a stronger peach or mango flavor, person choice here. I prefer the mango over the peach due to it makes the sauce a little more tangy. Adding peach makes it a little sweeter.
